The plain-English version. By ordering a print you agree to these.
You make artwork in our canvas. We print it on fine-art paper and post it to you. Every print is made to order just for you.
You keep all rights to what you draw. By ordering, you give us the limited licence we need to print, package and ship your piece, and to keep a copy for order records and reprints.
You confirm your artwork is yours to print — that you created it and it doesn't infringe anyone else's copyright, trademark or other rights.
We can't print, and reserve the right to cancel and refund, artwork that:
We review orders and may refuse any we believe break this policy. If we refuse, we'll refund you in full.
Payment is taken at checkout. Because each print is custom-made to your design, we usually can't offer a change-of-mind refund once printing has begun. If you spot a mistake, contact us immediately at hello@stretchandskew.com and we'll help if we can before it goes to print.
If your print arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, email us within 14 days with a photo and we'll reprint or refund it. This doesn't affect your statutory consumer rights.
We dispatch within 2–3 working days and ship to the UK, US and EU. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees — couriers have their own moods.
We provide the service as-is and, to the extent the law allows, aren't liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits liability we can't lawfully limit. These terms are governed by the laws of [England & Wales].
